Description
This celluloid purse frame has a very unusual design. The design incorporates rams and rolling seas. It may be a reference to the battling rams used on the front of ancient Greek and Roman ships.There is also a ram to use as a pull to help open the purse. The purse is completed with the head of a Chinese gentleman on top. The bag, which is fabric, is a replacement.
Size: 5 inches wide, 3 inches tall (frame); 6 inches wide, 7 inches tall (whole purse).
Value: 5 out of 10, with 10 being the most expensive.
